5. Dubsado and Other Service Providers
We use Dubsado as our customer and booking management platform.
Information that you enter into a Dubsado form, together with records created while managing your enquiry or booking, is stored and processed through Dubsado. Dubsado handles that information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and may use contracted subprocessors to provide its services.
We may also use trusted providers for website hosting, email, accounting, payment processing and technical support. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect safety or enforce an agreement.
6. Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Liliano Artistry does not receive or store your complete card number, card security code or online banking login details. Stripe processes card and transaction information under its own Privacy Policy.
For bank transfers, our banking records may show information such as the payer’s name, payment reference, amount and date. We do not receive or store your online banking password or login details.
Cash payments do not involve the collection of electronic payment details, although the payment may be recorded on an invoice or receipt.
7. Overseas Data Processing
Some of our service providers, including Dubsado, Stripe and their subprocessors, operate internationally.
As a result, personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where those providers operate. We use reputable service providers and take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled appropriately.
8. Photographs and Testimonials
We ask for permission before taking or using identifiable photographs for our portfolio, website, social media or promotional materials.
Where a person is under 18, permission should be provided by their parent or legal guardian.
You may contact us if you wish to withdraw permission for future use. We will take reasonable steps to stop using the material in future publications, although it may not always be possible to retrieve material that has already been printed, shared or republished by others.
