Hair & Makeup Artist Price List

(All prices are for mobile services – in home/hotel/accommodation)

Our Pricing List For Bridal and Event Hair & Makeup Services APRIL 2024 – JULY 2025

  • Bride and Bridesmaid Hair and Makeup with complimentary false lashes and small touch-up lip pot (Bride, Bridesmaid)- $260 per person
  • TRIAL (bride and maids) hair and makeup is the same cost, $260, as this includes a consultation also. Please allow a minimum of 2-2.5 hours for this. Trials are a mobile service only and may incur travel fees.
  • Mother of the Groom/Bride Hair and Makeup with complimentary false lashes and small touch-up lip pot- $240 per person
  • Event Hair and Makeup with complimentary false lashes and small touch-up lip pot- $220 per person
  • Formal Hair and Makeup (year 6, 10, 12) with complimentary false lashes and small touch-up lip pot- $180
  • Makeup application with complimentary false lashes and small touch-up lip pot – $140 per person
  • ALL bride/bridesmaid hair styling is $120 per person
  • Hair styling – (curls, straightening, blow dry, half up/half down, up-styling, Hollywood waves, vintage styling) – $120 per person
  • Flower girls;0-2 years old Complimentary, 3-5 years old $40, 6-10 years $70 per person, 11-12 years old $120 (adult Hair and Makeup package must also be booked) This includes blush, lip gloss, shimmer on eyes and hair styling.
  • Male grooming package – starting from $80 per person (includes basic male makeup and hair styling)
  • Male hair styling (short hair) – starting from $40 per person
  • Male makeup (basic grooming) – starting from $40 per person
  • BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  • For ALL services I will require a $50pp non-refundable deposit to secure the time and date.
    This deposit is transferable to a different date should your event need to be moved and will be taken off the final total.
    If I am sick/injured I will refund what has been paid in full. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that presents with any contagious sickness including but not limited to; COVID, conjunctivitis, cold sores, nits/lice, staph infections, open sores, wounds etc. This is purely for health and     hygiene purposes. Full payment will still be required if these are cancelled within 48 hours of the booking. Last minute changes/cancellations for large groups/wedding parties will be required to pay the agreed amount if changes are made within a week of the booking date, there are no exceptions for Saturdays. All tolls and parking fees will be paid for by the client if required. There is no refund for change of mind. If I require an assistant for large jobs the client will be charged an additional $80 per assistant. There is a minimum call out fee of $180.My prices are non-negotiable.

Lessons & Gift Vouchers

  • 1:1 private makeup lessons – $200 for 2 hours (please message for a quote for online lesson)
  • Makeup parties (up to 8 people) – $180pp for 2 hours minimum of 4 people.
  • Gift Vouchers (perfect gift idea) – starting from $50
  • Master Classes and Class tuition (dance academies, work places that require a specific makeup look, etc) – $100/h minimum call out fee is $500

Drag & SPFX

  • Drag makeup – starting at $200 (depending on design, difficulty and time required)
  • Wig application – starting at $60 (please message for a quote on wig styling)
  • Halloween/SPFX makeup – starting at $200 (depending on design, difficulty and time required)

Face & Body painting

  • Maternity belly bump paintings – starting at $200 (depending on design, difficulty and time required)
  • Face painting – starting from $200 for 1 hour and $80 every hour after.

Corporate, Editorial & Branding

  • For editorial, model portfolio building, corporate/branding – $150/h with a minimum of 3hour booking
  • For TV/commercial hair and makeup – $150/h with a minimum of 3 hour booking
  • SPFX for short films/movies – $200/h with a minimum of 3 hour booking plus extra for any prosthetics or extras I don’t carry in my kit.

Additional Costs

  • All tolls and parking fees are an additional cost to the client.
  • A small travel fee may apply for out of serviced areas and small bookings (<$200) that are more than 45 minutes from Sara’s home in Tahmoor, NSW. Travel is charged at $50/h on a return basis. Travel into Sydney CBD is a minimum of $120 – this is inclusive of tolls, parking is extra.
  • Serviced areas include: Wollondilly, Southern Highlands/Wingecarribee, Macarthur, Wollongong and South Coast, Kangaroo Valley, Penrith, Liverpool – although Sara will travel anywhere.
