Terms & Conditions for booking with Liliano Artistry
For ALL services I will require a $50 per person non-refundable booking fee to secure the time and date. This booking fee will be taken off the final total, and is not an additional fee. Upon paying the booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to all of my T&C’s. This serves as my written contract. Payment of agreed booking fee is used as acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions with booking with Liliano Artistry.
If I am sick/injured I will refund what has been paid in full.
There is NO refund for change of mind and all outstanding monies owed, within 6 weeks of booking, must be paid in full.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that presents with any contagious sickness/illness including but not limited to; COVID, conjunctivitis, cold sores, nits/lice, staph infections, open sores, wounds etc. This is purely for health and hygiene purposes, the safety and wellbeing of myself, my business, my family, my future clients and to guarantee the cleanliness of my kit. Full payment will still be required for these clients if cancelled/not replaced with another client of equal value within 6 weeks of the booking.
Last minute changes/cancellations will still require full payment, if changes are made within 6 weeks of the booking date. Services can always be increased as per availability but not decreased. Another person will be required to stand in for the service (to equal value of initial booking) or the service must still be paid for in full if changes are made within 6 weeks of the booking date.
All travel, tolls and parking fees will be paid for by the client if required. Travel is charged at 0.88c/km (return trip) with 20 kms free, from my home in TahmoorNSW. If a second artist is required, the same travel fees will apply from their home base.
If I require an extra artist for large jobs the client will be charged an additional $150 per artist. This fee must be paid upon initial booking or upon change of job size to secure the second artist. This deposit will be paid to the second artist to secure your date in their calendar. If a second artist has been arranged upon quotation/revision of booking, and the booking is changed at any point from booking fee being paid, resulting in the second artist no longer being needed, the client must still pay the extra fee so as to cover any losses the second artist has incurred, having booked out your date and therefore not being able to take other bookings.
Any booking needing to be started prior to 6am, will incur a $50 per hour, per artist additional charge. If times are changed after initial quotation is complete, I reserve the right to add on the extra charge. This will be charged in 15 minute increments.
There is a minimum call out fee of $180, this is not an additional fee, just the minimum cost I will quote.
My prices and terms are non-negotiable under any circumstances.
